Messaging Your Coach
When you need to reach your coach within Performance for training questions, use the chat area at the bottom of the app screen and you'll receive a response typically within 24-48 hours or less.
You can also upload a photo or video if you have a specific question you need feedback on, by clicking the camera in the bottom left hand corner of the chat box.
In order to make sure you get your questions answered before you train, it's a good idea to look ahead at your training for the week when it goes into your Train Heroic account on Fridays and message your coach if you need a clarification.
Within Train Heroic, you'll also see places under each section of the workout to record your own notes or videos - use these to make your own notes to refer back to later, or to let your coach know how a particular section went for them to keep in mind as they create new workouts for you. This is a great way to keep a record of your training - but if you need to reach your coach sooner, use the message area instead.
