Chartered Physiotherapist

ABOUT Victoria

Victoria qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from Bournemouth University in 2009. Since then, she has developed extensive experience across the NHS and private practice, including community rehabilitation and specialist women’s and pelvic health physiotherapy.

Victoria is passionate about helping women understand their bodies, overcome pelvic health challenges and return confidently to the activities that matter to them. Her approach combines evidence-based education with individualised rehabilitation, ensuring that every woman feels listened to, supported and actively involved in her care.

She works with women at every stage of life, providing specialist support throughout pregnancy, following childbirth and during perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Whether the goal is returning to running, rebuilding strength after abdominal surgery or managing pelvic pain, prolapse or pelvic floor symptoms, Victoria creates practical treatment plans centred around the individual—not simply the diagnosis.

Education is woven through every aspect of Victoria’s work. She writes The Postpartum Physio blog, where she makes pelvic health information accessible and helps challenge the myths that can prevent women from seeking support. She also collaborates with local specialists to deliver educational talks about pelvic health and has appeared as a guest on The Slow Postpartum Podcast.
Alongside her clinical work, Victoria is a qualified APPI Pilates instructor and leads local postnatal Pilates classes. With a personal background in competitive swimming and CrossFit, she understands the importance of helping women return to meaningful exercise without unnecessary fear or restriction.

Victoria has joined Injury Armour to provide expert, compassionate pelvic health care and help women build the knowledge, strength and confidence to live and train without boundaries.
